ノヴェッロのフレッシュなオリーブオイルと、たっぷり削ったパルミジャーノを合わせました。

甘さと塩気、オリーブオイルの香りが重なり、濃厚だけど、さっぱりと引きのいい味わいに仕上げています。

Rich yet refreshing, with a lovely balance of sweetness, saltiness, and the fresh aroma of olive oil.

Served as an avant-dessert before the main dessert.
